Welcome to Island Tiki Tour! We’re excited to offer you an unforgettable experience aboard our Tiki Boat. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.
Data Collection and Usage:
a. For online bookings, we collect personal information through our trusted third-party booking provider, FareHarbor. This information includes your name, phone number, email address.
b. Rest assured that the data we collect is solely for the purpose of processing your booking and ensuring a seamless experience on our Tiki Boat.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
a. To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards for online payments.
b. Cancellation Policy:
β Free Cancellation: If you need to cancel or change your private tiki tour, you may do so 7 days prior to departure. Customer will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice with cancellation. Contact us by phone (443) 721 4737 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Cancellation within 7 days will be charged the full price.
β No Shows: Will be charged the full price.
β Captain Cancellation: The Island Tiki Tour will sell rain or shine, so please check the weather before you book. In the case of the Captain cancels, when the boat does not leave the dock due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.
Safety and Liability:
a. Your safety is our top priority, so the following are strictly prohibited:
– Itβs strictly prohibited to bring onboard the following items: fireworks, glass containers, open flames, guns.
– No smoking
– No jumping in the water
– No fishing from the tiki boat
b. Participants must adhere to all local regulations regarding the legal drinking age. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
c. Children under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket for their safety. We have a supply of life jackets available on board, or you are welcome to bring your own U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket(s).
Changes to Itinerary:
a. Island Tiki Tour reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide suitable alternatives or refunds, as applicable.
Conduct and Compliance:
a. We expect all guests to treat fellow passengers, crew members, and the environment with respect and courtesy.
b. Smoking on board, underage drinking, jumping into the water and fishing are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in refusal of service or termination of the tour.
Age Restrictions:
a. Passengers of all ages are welcomed aboard.
b. Participants must be of legal age to consume alcohol as per local regulations. Valid identification must be presented for age verification if you wish to consume alcoholic beverages on board.
